Technology Across Indian & France

Technology development is increasingly global. The challenges associated with artificial intelligence, cultural preservation, and multilingual knowledge systems require expertise drawn from multiple disciplines and regions.

A startup of the French Tech ecosystem, Adaptiv Me is headquartered in Grenoble (France). We operate across the combined ecosystems in Paris, Bengaluru and Ajmer, where we have set up the studio for creative research in culture & AI. This global structure enables collaborative innovation across different startup ecosystems, allowing us to tap into the technological strengths of the two countries, while also bringing diverse cultural perspectives into the development of AI systems and digital knowledge platforms.

Cultural Diversity as a Design Advantage

Global collaboration also strengthens the cultural intelligence of the systems being built. Artificial intelligence systems trained on narrow datasets or developed within limited cultural contexts risk overlooking important perspectives.

A distributed network helps ensure that development reflects multiple viewpoints and knowledge traditions. Cross-cultural collaboration becomes particularly valuable, for projects involving Indic language technologies, digital cultural archives, and multilingual AI systems. It allows teams to incorporate contextual insight that might otherwise be overlooked.

Connecting Research, Design, and Engineering Worldwide

Despite geographical distance, Adaptiv’s studio culture remains unified through shared processes and collaborative rituals. Teams across locations participate in design sprints, research reviews, engineering experimentation cycles and operational checkpoints. Digital collaboration tools and structured workflows have allowed our team to function as a cohesive studio environment despite being geographically distributed.

The result is a global research and innovation network capable of addressing complex interdisciplinary challenges.

Toward a Global Culture-Tech Ecosystem

Adaptiv’s global studio model reflects a broader goal: building an ecosystem where technology development, cultural knowledge, and interdisciplinary research intersect. As AI systems increasingly shape knowledge access and cultural representation, global collaboration becomes essential. By connecting researchers, technologists, and cultural practitioners across regions, Bhaskar aims to support projects that combine technical innovation with cultural understanding.

We welcome collaboration with organisations and research groups interested in global collaboration on AI, digital culture, or multilingual knowledge systems. Write to us at hello@adaptiv.me.
